By accessing or using DocGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocGen is an online document generator that allows users to create, preview, and download professional documents including invoices, contracts, resumes, reports, and other document types. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free & Pro Plans
- Free Plan: Limited to 3 PDF downloads per month. Documents may include a watermark.
- Pro Plan: Unlimited downloads, no watermarks, and access to premium templates. Pricing is displayed on the upgrade page.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using DocGen. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over documents you generate. Your document data is stored locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to create fraudulent documents
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by DocGen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
DocGen is provided without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
